Lars Weiler 7f677d31f8 update: Folien Klasse N Kapitel 8 (Antennen und Leitungen) an Webseite angleichen 
Weiterer Review-Durchgang: fehlende Erklärungen zu
SWR, Personenschutz und effektiver Strahlungsleistung ergänzt sowie
diverse weitere Korrekturen im Kapitel.

Schließt die Issues #134, #137 und #138.

Lars Weiler ebbb134ffa update: Folien Klasse N Kapitel 8 (Antennen und Leitungen) an Webseite angleichen 
Inhalte, Fragen und Formatierung der Folien mit contents/sections abgeglichen.
Größte Lücke: rundstrahler.md fehlte fast komplett die Up-and-Outer/
Strahler/Radial-Grundlage samt Sicherheitshinweis zum Nahfeld sowie jeglicher
Text zum Rundstrahler-Konzept, obwohl Frage NG110 genau danach fragt - dafür
weitgehend neu geschrieben. Weitere Ergänzungen: fehlende Bilder (antennen,
polarisation, dipol-Vertiefungen), fehlende Sicherheitshinweise (SWR-Meter
vs. S-Meter, Sender-Zerstörung bei Fehlanpassung, N/PL-Verwechslung,
Reflexionen bei Wellenwiderstand), fehlende Fakten zu N/SMA bei hohen
Frequenzen, fehlende Bilder und Prüfungstipps bei
anzeige_ortsfester_amateurfunkanlagen, sowie diverse Tippfehler.
