Gegeben ist eine Betriebsspannung von
$ U_\mathrm{CC} = \qty{13,5}{\volt} $
Der optimale Arbeitspunkt des MMIC liegt bei
$ U_D = \qty{4}{\volt} $ und $ I_D = \qty{10}{\milli\ampere} $
Am Widerstand $R_\text{BIAS}$ muss daher die restliche Spannung abfallen:
$ U_{R_\text{BIAS}} = U_\mathrm{CC} - U_D $
$ U_{R_\text{BIAS}} = \qty{13,5}{\volt} - \qty{4}{\volt} = \qty{9,5}{\volt} $
Mit dem Ohmschen Gesetz ergibt sich:
$ R_\text{BIAS} = \frac{U_{R_\text{BIAS}}}{I_D} = \frac{\qty{9,5}{\volt}}{\qty{10}{\milli\ampere}} = \qty{950}{\ohm} $
